If for any reason you are unsatisfied with an item you purchased, you may contact the Seller to request to have it returned for a refund. Return requests are accepted within 30 days of purchase or 30 days of delivery. Items that need to be shipped back must be postmarked within 7 days of the return approval.
If you received a damaged item and the condition was not noted at the time of purchase, please contact the seller within 30 days of delivery so they can work with you to make it right. Please, make an effort to give the seller a chance to make things right prior to submitting negative feedback.
If you see an item that is mispriced, fraudulent, misidentified, or is otherwise listed in error, please alert us of the issue so we can work with the seller to correct it. Sales made in error may be canceled and/or reversed at our discretion.
Seller Return Policy
Buyers have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return. An item eligible for return that arrives in the same condition as it was when sold will be returned to the seller and the seller's account will be debited the amount of the sale price.
There is no time limit for a buyer to return a fraudulent item. Any item that can be confirmed to be fraudulent; altered or counterfeited to deceive a buyer, will be returned to the original owner (Seller) and the seller account will be charged the amount of the sale. A fee may also be charged to the consignor to offset the costs involved with return shipping, investigation and penallized for breaching the policies herein. Such is not tolerated and may result in termination of account and use of all Fanatic Collectibles services.
